Implementation Schedule

The following hypothetical implementation schedule lists possible actions identified by the study process for moving forward on West End's vision. It notes the action, next steps, responsible parties, possible funding sources, and a timeline. As it depends on a number of factors, the timeline is hypothetical and is provided here for the purpose of underscoring the reality that the various actions would happen over a number of years. Thus, the actions are not necessarily competing with each other for priority or funding, all suggested actions would be important in their proper timeframe, and the order in which they occur could shift forward or backward depending on opportunity and need. Finally, the implementation schedule serves as a reminder that projects influenced by holistic community, economic and transportation development strategies do not happen overnight.
